For the pastieri filling
500 g minced beef
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon chili flakes
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon cooked white rice
6 large eggs
100 g grated caciocavallo cheese
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons olive oil
For the impanate filling
1kg cubed veal
Salt, to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons olive oil

Freshly ground black pepper
A pinch of chili flakes
For the cassatine filling
500 g ricotta (well-drained)
2 large eggs
100 g sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
